Safariland All Purpose Vest

Safariland’s APV (All Purpose Vest) QR (Quick Release) Carrier incorporates the features of the standard APV tactical vest with the addition of a quad release QR system for maritime operations or personnel requiring quick doffing capabilities. The vest is designed around the BALCS/SPEAR ballistic shape used by the U.S. military for high speed and mobility, the ballistic panels are interchangeable with the standard APV tactical vest.
